Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is absolutely stunning with luxurious rooms that showcase attention to every little detail. The floorplan is unique, making my stay lovely with beautiful surroundings. The service here is top-notch and staff were amazing, making my trip special a few weeks ago with their friendly and efficient approach. The location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of Mayfair, making it extremely convenient and remarkably quiet at night. As for dining, the experience was pleasant and tasty, offering a great selection at a completely reasonable price. The hotel's facilities were superb, providing everything I needed during my stay.
Upon arrival, the rooms at this hotel are surprisingly spacious, which is a rarity in London. However, the overall room experience did not meet the standard expected for the price paid, lacking the finesse and efficiency found in other high-end Rocco Forte Hotels. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, particularly thanks to David and his dedicated team who went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were fulfilled. The location is excellent, perfect for avid shoppers being a stone's throw away from Bond Street and close to major attractions like Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly. Dining was a mix of highs and lows, with some meals being outstanding while others felt overpriced for the quality. Overall, a stay at this hotel has its highlights and shortcomings that are worth considering.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were over £500 a night without breakfast, but they were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was extremely cosy and spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. The service was excellent; the staff were so friendly and efficient, going out of their way to assist with several requests. The location couldn't be more centric, surrounded by good restaurants and art galleries. The dining experience was superb, in the beautiful dining room, providing the best I've had for years. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel provided me with lovely rooms complete with exquisite fixtures and fittings, a self-serving popcorn machine, large TV, and dress down service. However, our room faced a property directly across from us, and it was allocated as a double instead of a twin upon arrival. The service I received during my stay was amazing, as the staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant areas of Mayfair, close to shopping in Bond Street, Regent Street, and Oxford Street. The dining experience was pleasant and tasty at reasonable prices. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor room allocation issues.
